Right blend for a look at life and death
17 December 2021
Plot and characters wove a touching story with an appropriate balance of seriousness and humor to deal with life and death.

Excellent acting for the central roles of "Jessica" and her grandfather. Both gave the nuanced emotions that would accompany a teen who gains wisdom along the journey and someone whose advanced years and mistakes along the way have given them perspective. Realistic dynamics between the varied family members. Except for a few minor characters (romantic interest felt a bit forced and odd), acting was relatable and good

No special effects, breathtaking scenery or dramatic musical score, but neither was needed to relate the core message.
