She can leave him - in spring - but has to come back every year which actually creates winter time on earth. In The Fare, they took the creative freedom to create a love story around this... emotional, charming, suspenseful but also tragic and bittersweet. In any case, unusual and deffo not mainstream. What a refreshing movie !
