August Underground obviously tries hard to look authentic and "snuff", but there's not very much authenticity or "snuff" here. The most disturbing thing is the two characters, two grown-ups, who act like stereotypical, immature obnoxious frat boys, instead of psychotic killers. It's not even much of a horror. It's mainly an attempt to disgust. The violence is both scarce and mostly consists of not very believable fist punches.
There's no story. There's just the stuff i mentioned, with extremely pointless fillers in between.
Yes, the movie managed to disgust me a bit, but it wasn't disturbing. Just silly and annoying.
