In the Halloween spirit, I was able to attend the October 21 evening of Screamfest at TCL Chinese Theater. I was pleasantly surprised with The Scout. The horror elements were well executed and strange as you would expect from a horror film. There was a good balance of gore and levity.
The cast was great with some real stand outs such as Jeff, the director and Denise, the producer. Overall, it was a fun and entertaining movie.
