This film is about story. About captivating with words (rather than explosions and cool costumes). It's a slow burn where each moment builds off of the last. It's more than worth the time. I know it's not everyone's cup of tea, but I can't understand the number of reviewers saying they don't know why Michael was after the bartender. It's right there in the scene at The Oak room "just like I'm gonna snap your neck you rat!". He gave Thompson up at some point in the past.
