Hit American Ninja Warrior (a massively TERRIBLE show) on the head repeatedly with a blunt object and you have Frogger. The commentary alone is enough to crack your eardrums.
There is nothing here that resembles the beloved video game. It's just an obstacle course run by people you don't know and don't care to know about. They'll force-feed you some backstory anyway, which you'll have to endure in order to watch the guy slip off a rubber platform and plummet nearly six inches into water. The stakes couldn't be any lower. Despite this, a team of commentators will talk over one another in a desperate bid to be the most irritating. That's the only real competition here.
