Did they learn nothing from the story she told. It comes off as people/children who cannot control themselves...and casually ruin their lives for physical attraction.

If either were to break up with the other it would been a crime because why cause a divorce only to break up like children.
The only purpose this film showed was to display how little the creator of this film view love and commitment.
With all that said, it was an entertaining film because of the interesting dialogue and philosophy that was trying to be expressed.
