Review of The Making of 'Summer Lovers'

This 13-minute behind the scenes documentary covers some fairly interesting and informative ground on the making of the film "Summer Lovers." Writer/director Randal Kleiser reveals that the three main cast members spent three weeks with him rehearsing and hashing out the script. Daryl Hannah talks about how Kleiser discovered her at the Warner Brothers studio commissary. Valerie Quennessen discusses the importance of finding in each director what she needs. Carole Cook and Barbara Rush have a laugh over spending one day of shooting riding donkeys. Graced with gorgeous Greek island scenery and a surprisingly abundant amount of casual nudity, this doc is worth a watch for fans of the film.
