The entire Killjoy series is free on Tubi and I caught #3 last week. The series switches directors to John Lechago who did all 3 final Killjoy films. This film does transition from the first 2 and introduces side characters for Killjoy to leverage in his devious acts, some feel like Whimpy from Popeye and some feel like Harley Quinn from Batman but that all have a fun element to them. Yes, the storyline for this is bad but the antics of the characters is the real entertainment value. I actually enjoyed Killjoy 3 & 4 (review to come) more than I anticipated because of the introduction of these new characters. Are these good? No. Will they give you a few good chuckles and worthwhile death scenes here and there? Sure. I'd give this a 4/10 and recommend giving them all a viewing for fans of the horror genre.
