Somebody wrote and I quote: "Spot jamming, dancing on skates in one spot, did not appear until the early 1980s." That comnent is absolutely FALSE. We were spot jamming/dancing on our roller skates when were
children in the 60's and 70's. I would not DARE imply we got that started on the 60's or 70's. Spot jamming probably began way before my generation came on the scene. It maybe began in the 40's and 50's. I just never thought we created that. For anybody to say "spot jamming/ dancing on skates in one spot did not appear until the early 80's clearly never lived in Detroit.
