This was a well done film addressing an "elephant-in the-room" issue that the national media has too often shown a one-sided perspective of. This film-maker did his best to create a scenario that illustrated BOTH sides of the current policing issue.
This movie hits home to a LOT of people who've been in a similar situation as this Black father. And YES.... It will piss a lot of people off because it doesn't pull any punches at all! Unfortunately, unless more people in the law enforcement community watch this film, it won't have the cultural impact that was intended by the film-maker. I applaud the effort that this film makes in trying to create a dialogue between Black people and the current nation-wide law enforcement community.
DEFINITELY, watch this movie with a open mind. A great film regardless.
