This film is extremely flawed. The acting is not very good, the production values are pretty terrible, and the quality of the editing and cinematography are similar to that of a home movie. However, the story is first-rate, although it bites off a bit more than it can chew. The concept of a floating Atlantis in a fog with three generations of time travelers inside it is quite a bit to swallow. Suspending disbelief for this film is like trying to go a year without chocolate. That being said, it is a tremendous writing achievement and the only thing from keeping this film from sinking like Atlantis. The story is the thing, as they say. This film is living proof that a good story can just about overcome any filmmaking obstacle. Most sci-fi films promise the moon, but usually only deliver tinsel. This one delivers the goods. Worth viewing.
