Lacking plot, story and decent dialog as well as the bad CGI at certain times like the cars jumping off the boat to defy physics (whilst acceptable at others) its just so difficult to like it.
The driving/racing bits are not too bad other than the race at the end that starts sunny, rest of race is in heavy rain only to end up on a sunny finish line.
Maybe the dubbing gets in the way and some 'jokes' or lines get lost in the translation.
If you like car films and have time to kill then go for it otherwise avoid.
