2/10
A hokey self indulgent terrorism thriller
4 August 2020
Years before, a CIA agent (Nicolas Cage) was severely tortured by an Islamist terrorist (Anton Yelchin) in the Middle East. When he learns that his tormentor is still alive, but terminally ill, yet continuing to run operations, this desk bound and mentally unbalanced individual goes after his nemesis.

A good idea is given very hokey and self indulgent execution that is further let down by poor direction and production values.
