In all honestly I love a bad film, I've seen a large number of them. But freshwater, wow I was speechless. The CGI gator looked to be photoshopped poorly onto the screen. The acting of most of the cast was terrible at best as if they were attempting to pass secondary school drama class. Zoe Bell on the other hand was not as bad. The sound in some scenes were inconsistent as if the microphones were too sensitive.
And the plot, well the plot...It was the screenwriters asked the producer 'do you want a murder mystery plot or an animal attack plot, or a predictable plot twist, or a serial killer arc?' And they answered yes.
The one redeeming and positive aspect or this film is that it ended.
