Happened upon this movie and decided to give it a look see and unfortunately for me, one had to watch the previous films to really know what was going on in this one. Managed to piece a bit together, but I was still confused at certain moments of the film as the lead heroine seemed to do stuff that went against what she wanted in certain parts of the film. Still, at least the vampire was not a sparkling pretty boy who all the girls thought was dreamy. No, he looks pretty rough, but I am still sure he can still get the ladies as his long fingers must excite them!
The story has the lead vampire seemingly killed and people getting away from the castle I presume belonged to him with their friend in the trunk of their car in a body bag. Well, turns out, when driving along the roads take your time because sure time may be against you, but you are not progressing anywhere if you're dead as they do have an accident and all but the vampire in the body bag is dead. A doctor stumbles upon the wreck and she finds Michelle all crazed and decides to drive her to a local hospital and unfortunately, she gets caught up in the whole vampire thing and after this incident will most likely never stop at an accident scene again!
Some of the movie just did not make much sense to me as Michelle seems to want nothing more than to be rid of the vampire wanting her as his. That does not stop her from saving him when the creepy doctor had an elaborate trap planned. I also do not understand why they consider the main vampire insane as he seems to have about the same goals and dreams as any other vampire.
So, it was interesting and it would probably help a good deal if I saw the first three films, but I saw this one. I was pulling for the vampires to get the blood stone, but no such luck as heaven forbid the poor emo vampires that gave the main one a place to crash get it. It is supposed to be able to feed a vampire so they do not want blood so I would prefer they get that as opposed to Michelle who was nothing but a huge tease!
