If you are a fan of Choi Ji Woo and like to see her pay a dying person again after Stairway to Heaven then this might be right up your alley. She has a heart problem and meets a playboy quite convincingly played by Jo Han Sun. Because it's a movie their falling in love feels a bit rushed. The twist is he isn't well either. That is a change from the usual cliche but somehow it seems ludicrous and unconvincing as a twist.
