This is a stellar episode as Monk and the gang find themselves in New York City. Monk is immediately done in by the noise and the crowds. He is also witness to the shooting a foreign ambassador. Monk needs to see the guy that has been mentioned by Dale the Whale. He supposedly has information on Trudy's death. All kinds of roadblocks fall in their paths. Monk gets caught on a subway car and gets separated from Sharona. Many great scenes.
