Another "Death Race" chapter based on Frankenstein, and like the first one, another boring, unfocused, stereotypical action movie. Poor acting, horrible dialogues, plot in which actions by characters are just juxtaposed, without a logical or realistic narrative construction (as the decision, without any kind of psychological thickness, of Lists to remain in jail). There are also a lot of infodumps to maintain, nevrotically, the audience informed on any fact, deleting any possible sense of mystery or question. Also the decision of give again to Frankenstein his normal face and to reveal to his friends immediately his identity works in this sense, avoiding both a more marked blackness of the character and the sense of ambiguity that the final of the previous film, at least, tried to create. Villains have a sense of criminality unrealistic and totally rhetoric, and the during of the film is full of sexualized scenes that are useless for the plot or the characterization of people. The result is a ridiculous sensationalistic action movie.
