Review of Once Upon a Superhero

I saw this movie several days ago at the Frida Theater in Santa Ana CA not really knowing what to expect, but I was intrigued by the trailer and the idea of a new kind of superhero flick after the onslaught of Marvel/DC and boy did this deliver in ways I am still wrapping my head around. The Score sat in my head for days. I give it a A+ due to the mood of every scene being nailed The cinematography was also A+ with fantastic use of split screens, techniques I hadn't seen before and a grit I could feel come off the screen The direction of John M Kline was terrific (The director, producer and Lead actor who played Solar Flare were all there for a question and answer session following the movie) and even though they generously answered many questions I thought of so many more in the days following . The acting was captivating and so real from this litany of off the wall characters in colorful attire. I really don't want to give anything away so I am choosing my words carefully . All I can say is this movie needs to be out and seen, and I cannot wait for this to be on DVD for my collection asap!! Please RELEASE THIS MOVIE
