This was filmed near Grants Pass, Oregon. I remember as a kid, the "Hollywood" crowd coming to town. The proceeds from the Premier were donated to the upcoming GPHS marching band trip to NYC, Philly, and DC for the upcoming BiCentenial Celebration. An OK movie, but a great time capsule.
