I love how all of the bad reviews are from people that say "I'm Romanian." Ok, you want a cookie or something? They try to discredit the episode, based on its title, by saying Calusari are "a dance group," but a very quick google search shows the word also means "a secret society."
Another reason people, and by people I mean these Romanian experts, say this episode is bad is by nitpicking the accents and language. I'm Bostonian but I don't hate on every actor ever who has tried and clearly failed to imitate a Boston accent. That's the stupidest reason to dislike a film or tv episode. I'm also a medical professional and don't nitpick all of the medical innacuracys either.
Lastly, we get it. Apparently every film or tv episode ever involving demons copies The Exorcist. I don't see you writing movie scripts darling.
People expect far to much from entertainment. The story isn't slow, the acting is fine, except for David Duchovny's, it's creepy and exciting. Have fun and move along to the next episode.
