As a firearms instructor and long time shooting enthusiast I just couldn't watch the appalling and dangerous gun handling any longer.
The 'expert' Frank teaching the woman to shoot was blind leading the blind. So many things wrong. No wonder she took an age to shoot a bottle off a tree stump.
The guns of the era would likely be 40 caliber or more. Loud with some fair recoil. Not pop pop pop guns with no recoil.
Just an awful movie. Wooden acting, stupid dialogue. I am sure every scene of the town main street had the same couple stepping off the boardwalk each time.
