It's so weird, I Recommend seeing this dumpster fire.

Warning: Spoilers
This is one of the best So-bad-it's-good films of all time.

The film has everything;

Nazi rats with strange illusions to the Holocaust (even though it's set in the 1920s, a decade before the Nazi's rise to power). Albert Einstein is here for no reason and does weird 4th wall breaks, the music, the effects are horrendous (despite a 90 million dollar budget), the toy characters make no sense, there's weird imagery that'll give kids nightmares, oh and John Turturro plays a mixture of Andy Warhol and Adolf Hitler. It's jaw dropping how dumb/weird the decisions are.

The set design for Vienna is surprisingly stunning, all the money must have gone into the sets and props.

As bad as it is, I recommend seeing it for the sheer oddness on display. It's such an odd little duck.
