Before anyhiing else, I would like to say a few things:
1. The acting and singing in "Mary Poppins" is SUPERCALIFRAGILISTICEXPIALIDOCIOUS
2. I really really loved the live-action/animation parts. If that was the entire movie, I'd give this film 10/10 stars
3. I understand why this movie is beloved by many.
This movie was fun. I did not love nor hated it. It's just fun. "Mary Poppins" is the kind of movie that did not work 100% for me but is beloved by millions and being beloved by millions is a SUPERCALIFRAGILISTICEXPIALIDOCIOUS achievement.
Despite the fact that I did not enjoy this movie as much as everybody else, I still want to see "Mary Poppins Returns."
