I love this series. I enjoyed it when it aired in 2014, and I just rewatched it and enjoyed it the second time around just as much. I wish I knew of another series put together by the same writers and producers because everything about it appealed to me.
It's not entirely self-contained within the thirteen episodes of the first/only season, but unlike some shows that are cancelled prematurely, it does have a certain amount of conclusiveness. That's the main thing I wanted to say in this review: don't be put off by the fact that it was cancelled after only one season - it is still very watchable and the finale does resolve the main storylines of the season.
I always knew I would watch it again, and now that I've seen it a second time, I know I will watch it a third time.
