I randomly stumbled across this Australian slasher flick, but I'm glad I did because it was surprisingly decent!
First off, I think that David Lyons completely stole the show with his performance! From his facial expressions to his tone of voice, Lyons truly embodied the deranged nature of his character. I also think Nadia Fares did a great job portraying her character - though to a lesser extent than Lyons. Apart from these two cast members, I wasn't particularly impressed with anyone else's performance.
Though the plot wasn't complex nor especially creative by any means, it was entertaining and kept me on the edge of my seat nonetheless. Some aspects of the storyline, however, were farfetched, which definitely lowered my impression of the movie. Such aspects include, but are not limited to, Pia's exaggerated ingenuity during the couple's attempt to escape.
Despite these few issues, I did enjoy the movie and would consider watching it again in the future. I recommend you give it a try!
