It kept me watching. Intriguing, Twilight Zone-like story line that requires you to suspend disbelief on occasion.

It's still more interesting than most films of its kind. Good performance from lead actor and the crazy people he encounters. I loved the score as well.
The ending will leave you retracing what you watched, reviewing it in your head, wondering if you experienced it properly or not. I suspect that was the point.
