I just have say that I never laughed so hard when Michael was talking about serving coffee. You see I have worked at a Tim Horton's coffee shop here in Canada for 12 years. I could have told you that you would have to deal with the most pickiest people in the world. If you do not listen and do a person's coffee to THEIR specifications you will here about it.
