Lt. Dole (Jordan Belfi) is an LA police officer who works with a SWAT team that hasn't been doing too well. He takes over for Sgt. Martin, played by the cameo appearing Tom Sizemore. He has a snitch named Eddie (Mike Pfaff) who is no Huggy Bear. Dole acts like a dirty cop for half the film and a good cop for the other half. He works for both the Chinese and Latio cartels.
The characters were not developed. The dialogue and action was bland. There are better crime dramas out there.
