Enjoyable but with many faults

Warning: Spoilers
It is quite rare for the BBC to broadcast Spanish drama. I don't know the overall quality of TV shows in Spain, but I must say that although I like this one, it has many flaws. One of the most obvious is that someone is charged for a murder, when there isn't even a body. This is highly unlikely and yet this aspect gets almost no attention.

And what's with the whole rigmarole that Elias after the accident wants to be different from the man he used to be? This seems an important point, but is then discarded at the end. Am I missing something here?

While this show's flaws have mainly to do with the script, its strong point is its acting, which is credible throughout.
