Disingenuous depiction of process for sainthood
2 January 2015
Warning: Spoilers
The writers and producers might have taken five minutes to research the Catholic Church's process for canonization online before shooting this episode. Christopher Hitchens, who was called as a witness by the Church in the canonization process of Mother Theresa, was fairer than this program -- and he was perhaps the foremost atheist in the English- speaking world at the time of his death. What a bunch of rubbish.

There is no shortage of anti-Semistim, Islamophobia, and Christophobia in the world today. All of this stems from ignorance. If atheists don't care to have their skepticism mis-characterized by others in the public square, they should go to greater lengths to avoid errors in their work.
