Despite being chock full of explicit antics, and having a mercifully short running time of just sixty minutes, 'El mirón y la exhibicionista' has to be one of the dullest, least erotic adult movies ever made: co-director and star Romay is carrying quite a bit of weight and indulges in some staggeringly unsexy acts while Franco once again puts into practise his trademark movie-making techniques-rapid zooms, aimless shots, and extreme close-ups that could only be of interest to a gynaecologist-all with the usual soporific effect.
