As far as a storyline goes, this one isn't too bad, though I haven't seen the original to compare.
The cinematography was great.
In terms of the acting, Randy Orton was OK, but it would've been interesting to see his character with a higher profile actor and budget.
The villain (if that's what you call him) didn't quite hit the mark for me. This is a role and character that could've been played by someone darker and actually looks like they have a grudge to beat.
It had a lot of concepts similar to Eagle Eye in that everything and everyone is being watched and monitored which I love and find fascinating (and often wonder if it's possible!).
I liked it overall, though I won't rush back to watch it again...
