People who is first time watching Korea movie will be surprise and thought this is the good movie I ever watched! Yes, it's good, exciting, new fresh story compared to USA crap-adaptation nowadays. But for me it has pro and cons. The pro is we would be curious on how that girl die, Bong give us an idea that 'retarded-boy' was innocent cause he retard. We hold that belief until he gave us a shock, unbelievable truth that the true murder is... (Watch yourself!)
The cons is audience who getting used with korean cinema would find many clichés, so many! I can tell you what movie where the same kind of styles shoot. Bong tried to repeat his masterpiece style, ''MEMORIES OF MURDER'' but not so success. This movie should gave audience a frustrated moment but fail to do so. No memorial moment, just a little bit cute violent scene that we always saw in korean movie. I gave it 7/10 because its worth watching and fun. Don't worry.
