The movie is full of scenes that delight us, in spite of the political tensions in the background arising out of a nation in conflict. Istanbul in its lively roadside shops full of life and and the people who fall in love with it are shown in a well knit story that touches the heart and makes us feel sorry for the way circumstances affect those who lead normal lives by moving them far apart due to no fault of theirs. A satisfying movie, well directed and beautifully filmed.
