Experiences (1999 Video)
Eva si!; Joe no!
7 June 2011
Director Joe D'Amato hooked up with European porn star Eva Henger for a series of videos which spotlight her beauty and XXX adeptness. In the 2-part EXPERIENCES videos she lives up to her part of the bargain, but as usual Joe is an underachiever.

Creaky format has Eva sitting at her Sony computer working on a reconstruction project for the Sistercene Abbey (location unspecified, but videos shot in Hungary). In Part One we have the equivalent of a loop carrier, as she watches three MOS porno vignettes on her screen, all set in the past in the abbey's environs.

Sloppy Joe messes up his gimmicks as Eva disappears from her seat to join in the TV action or alternately is still sitting there watching herself -it's pointless and interchangeable. His usual catalog of sexual positions is all D'Amato cares about.

First vignette is supposedly set in the 8th Century (can't be right, since the Abbey hasn't been built yet) with Erica Bella in bondage as part of a ritual where monks deflower her. Eva has traveled into the scene and is tied to a pillar watching.

Eva reappears at her computer when this is over, but now watches herself on the screen, untied and going through the same XXX motions Erica did. These overlong vignettes offer no variety and would more wisely have been separated (shown as part of different videos in the series). Back-to-back they only emphasize that sex filler is the currency spoken here.

Final segment is set in the 1930s, but actually looks like the Roaring 1920s, with women dressed in flapper getup. Wearing a black polka dot dress, Eva masturbates at her computer, while watching herself on screen in mixed-combo action with Sean Michaels. There is an orgy, photographed outdoors in a garden complex supposedly outside the abbey but not matching what we've seen of it previously.

Video just ends with the computer program shutting off, cueing the credits' crawl. Joe should have had more vignettes (say 6 or so) with greater variety. Another defect is the crappy voice-over attributed to Eva's character (obviously not her voice) which is very repetitious -some narration is repeated by accident twice or three times over.
