Sonic the Hedgehog is one of the greatest video game characters ever made next to Mario and Luigi from, "Mario Bros.", Fox McCloud from, "Star Fox", and Samus from, "Metroid". It was so good, that it ended up spawning a comic-book series and four T.V. Shows. I have played some of the video games and I'm not a fan of the series.
But in 1999, there were two OVA's that were merged and became a movie.
The story is really simple, Sonic and his friends have to defeat Dr. Robotnik and Metal Sonic to save the world.
The film has some good animation, funny moments, and I did like the idea of putting Metal Sonic in the movie.
The problem's I have with this film is that the plot and story were weak, the English dub was pretty bad and I didn't care too much about the other character's in the movie.
