The gist of the movie is explained plenty in reviews before this one so I won't get into it. Instead I just wanted to throw in my two cents in an effort to help guide other IMDb visitors.
I picked up Mystery Team with a "free movie" coupon but I still feel like to wasted gas running out to pick it up. I made it through the first 20 minutes or so but man, it's really unwatchable. YouTube-length DERRICK comedy clips are great and I can appreciate the time and effort that go into them. The cast is great, the content is definitely original and they are generally hilarious. But the comedy just didn't translate to a full feature-length flick. Maybe things really picked up in the next hour?
