Okay, a high priced, CGI filled Avatar it's not. But what this movie lacks in material stuff it makes up for with a lot of heart and soul.
As many I am a big fan of original movie (one of the best films ever. period.)and after seeing The Tribe I thought that although the franchise was back after twenty years it came back horribly. This movie remedied that for the most part. It was great seeing both Frog Brothers back on action as well as the homages to Corey Haim. The story was a bit lackluster because I felt there could've been so much more added to it. Still it did have its great moments which I really enjoyed. Lots of nostalgia and scenes that will make you laugh and some that will make you feel sad but not cry.
To put it simply: If you loved the first movie and hated the second movie, you'll most likely be pleased with Lost Boys: The Thirst because it is definitely a lot better than most crap put out there today.
