This show grows on you. People complain about another cop show but they talk about how horrible Detroit is but they never show anything about the history and beauty of the city. All the cop shows are primarily New York and Detroit.
The first pilot wasn't shot in Detroit primarily like the subsequent episodes. It is now and it makes for a very nostalgic show for me. I think that they need to work on the vernacular. They don't talk like Detroiters.
