The acting in this was painfully bad. Whoever was in charge of hair and makeup did absolutely no research on the time period obviously since the leading lady has a haircut current in 2009. The accents were horrible. The plot could have been strong but the acting was so horrible that is was more comical than serious. I was suckered into watching this movie by my boyfriend who loves westerns and he agrees that it is the worst western ever... The lines sounded like they were being read from the script. The most hilarious part was when the bad guy pulled four pennies out of his pocket and threw them on the bar and said, "there's more where that came from". I don't know anything about The Asylum but if this is really the best movie they have made then they are in trouble. Don't quit your day job!
