Aldo, the owner of a car wash, is a neat freak. His house is in perfect order, but he is wasting his life hanging out with his nerdy friends. His passion is reading the obituaries in the paper. He has decided to lease an apartment he created by dividing his own house. Being particular about whom to rent, he surprises himself when he lets the place to Andrea, a woman photographer, that is trying to settle down.

Unknown to Aldo, the young woman, is pregnant. To make it worst, she has no clue as to the father of the baby is. Aldo, whose existence is too controlled, doesn't know what he is getting to. For starters, one morning, Andrea offers to take pictures of him. Aldo has another problem that afflicts him: premature ejaculation. He runs away in shame after the disastrous encounter, but Andrea is not bothered at all.

Aldo seeks to remedy his situation by buying a sex manual. He enlists his older cleaning woman, Bety, into helping him with different suggestions from the book. Aldo, who begins being leery of his new tenant, suddenly begins seeing Andrea in a different light. It is not hard to see they will end together because the rule that "opposites attract".

This Argentine film directed by Juan Taratuto, was a surprise because it is a light take on what appears an unlikely situation. Pablo Solarz, whose "Historias minimas" made an impression with this viewer, wrote the screenplay. Mr. Taraturo shows a talent for giving the film a light touch that works well.

Diego Peretti is no matinée idol material, but yet, he is quite appealing as the man who sees his world being changed against his wish, but is much better off transformed by the love found in Andrea. Carolina Pelleritti is a black haired beauty who shows great chemistry with Mr. Peretti. She makes us believe she is the character she is portraying on the screen. Lidia Catalano is quite funny as Aldo's cleaning lady, willing to help her boss to get out of his funk.

This is a different comedy made better by Mr. Taraturo.
