The purpose of this train, is to go through time and along the time, the purpose itself change into a new purpose where the kamen raider have to prevent the monster a.k.a imagine from running havoc and messing with someone's memory, since time is something that's very important and is not something to mess with.
But what makes it special, is the genre itself. It's not just some kind of serious, monster beating sentai. But also, got a very good and laughable comedy that you can laugh at. Very very good and enjoyable.
