one of the best animes i've seen

I think Full Moon is one of the best animes I have watched in a long while. It was funny, a tear-jerker, the romance seemed cute, and gave you a happy feeling when you watched it. The show felt like a roller coaster. So may emotions. They were all just going up and down.

For the funny parts, I think most of the scenes with Meroko were funny. There's a lot of funny parts in the show, though. That's one of the ones I can remember right off the bat.

Obviously, when we find out Eichi died is the tear-jerker. I didn't cry, but it was very emotional. Mitsuki tried so hard to find him, but in the end, it was all in vain. Plus, you can feel all the pain the she had gone through. And when Mitsuki gets depressed, I felt very bad for her.

As for the romance, I really liked it. I thought Mitsuki and Takuto made a very cute couple. Eichi and Mitsuki did too, but I prefer Mitsuki and Takuto. I remember the scene where she's like ''Why do you do always do things for me?'' and he said, '''Cuz I like you!'', but Mitsuki thought he meant it in the friend way. And then, she would reply, ''Oh! I like you, too! You're such a great friend!'' (not the exact quote, but the best from what I remember) I felt bad for him; he just confessed his feelings, but Mitsuki took it the wrong way. But, when he finally (for real) confessed his feelings and kissed her, it was so cute. I was really happy when that happened.

The happy feeling happened a lot. I don't know how to describe it, but this anime just gives you a smile on your face. :] I think the character development was great. Almost every single character had a background to them and you really learn about them. That was one of the best things about the series. I enjoyed most of the character's personalities, except for one little thing. When Mitsuki got depress, I thought she was so annoying, bratty, and acting way too over dramatic. I mean, I understand that you get REALLY sad about it if the love of your life died, but she was over doing it.

The series was almost perfect too. But, it had too much filers. There was 52 episodes, and I felt that there should have been maybe 42 or something. I remember one episode where this stone thing prevented Meroko and Takuto from being with Mitsuki and they wasted a whole entire episode about it. Some filer episodes where cute, but some didn't need to be in the series.

The manga was really good, also, but for some reason, I like the anime better. From what I've seen, a lot of people prefer the manga over the anime. The thing withe manga is that it goes into way too much detail of minor characters instead of focusing on the main characters. There isn't anything really bad about that, but it gets a little bit too draggy, then.

Overall, I love this anime. I think almost anyone could watch it and enjoy it; it's that good.
