Review of Moon Madness

Hello, I remember this movie on HBO as an animated movie that showed in the summer of 1984.....and it was called "Moon Madness", does anyone know where I can find it, or buy it, or has anyone taped it? email me too, pg@execs.com it was a great movie, that talked about something about "Wongolia", and it was cool and all that and animated. Showed on HBO in America around the same time as brain games, also was in English. No one has heard or seen of it since, until someone on this forum told me about it through it's French title....it must be very obscure, and no one has seen it on video, I have been looking around for a long time, but the funny thing is, no one seems to remember it as Moon Madness, as it will never show up in any searches as that name,
