Captain Jack Harkness is the leader and he keeps the team moving and shaking. He has died and been resurrected. He's head strong and knows what to do. Gwen Cooper a cop. She's ready to investigate it all, the civilians, the cops and the aliens but she is sensitive and caring about them all. Oh, this so much more than Dr Who. An awesome action packed and more adult series. Don't sit the kiddies down for this one though. As the first two episodes can show you, it is adult through & through. Captain Jack is so dreamy. The sci-fi special equipment used as they hunt down aliens is very entertaining as well. I was glued to the screen. I can't wait for the next episode. This may be one of the best BBC series to date. Check it out... you won't be disappointed. My Congrats to BBC, Russell T Davies and John Barrowman you've got a real hit with Torchwood.
