Review of The Death of Mr. Lazarescu

This movie is so real that it's terrifying! I'm a doctor practicing in my home country, Thailand. And as I was watching this movie, I was like; "O, my God, how does this Romanian director know all about this?" No, I'm not that rude like those doctors in the film but I've been seeing such scenes for a long time since my days in medical school. We do hate drunken, we do hate patients who are still ruining themselves despite of their fatal medical history (that's why I became a pediatrician), we do hate those folks who think they know better than us, we do hate a stretcher coming in at 3 in the morning and even worse when we're leaving our shift, etc. All those evils we do and Puiu puts it on the screen. See it for yourself and try to appreciate these crazy facts of life, no matter you're a medical staff or not. It's also entertaining while telling the truth. A good story telling really.
