The show was called "THRILL SEEKERS". This was likely from the era of about 1972-1975, and predated shows like "That's Incredible" by a few years. In the days of only a handful of channels, I would take a guess that this was an ABC network program.
The show detailed thrill-seeking "Knevil like" daredevils as they prepared and performed unheard of stunts. As long as it flew fast, had speeding wheels, shot sparks, breathed fire, raced on water, and ended with parachutes (or a combination of any of the elements mentioned) this show filmed it...and Chuck added his presence, voice, and "macho" delivery that was perfect for this show.
Thrillseekers was an entertaining show that I often enjoyed as a kid with my family. :)
