Within the first five minutes of this movie I was grinning like I just stole something. What a treasure! I'm not quite sure if the director of this film intended it to be this funny or not, but I love it all the same. I have subjected a few people (who do not necessarily share my taste in movies) to this film and watched them alternately laugh and then almost throw up, and then laugh again. And every time I see someone else "experience" the Story of Ricki it just makes me love it more. I wouldn't change a thing about this movie.
